Who we are

What we collect

When you use the quote form we receive your name, email, phone number (optional), the details you write, and any files you attach. Our server also records technical data such as your IP address to prevent abuse.

Why we use it

We use this information only to reply to your request, prepare a quote and deliver the work you order. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Legal basis

We process your data with your consent and to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.

How long we keep it

Quote requests that do not lead to an order are deleted after 12 months. Documents for completed jobs are deleted once the job is finished unless you ask us to keep them or the law requires otherwise.

Sharing

Your files are shared only with the translators, interpreters and partner offices working on your job, all bound by confidentiality. Email is delivered through our hosting provider, Infomaniak, in Switzerland.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by writing to info@abc-offices.com. You can also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
