At the time of writing, no. Documents issued in Nigeria are authenticated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and then legalised by the embassy of the destination country. Documents from apostille countries can be apostilled in the country that issued them, which we arrange through our international offices.

Yes. Most jobs start with a scan or photo uploaded through the form or sent by email. Originals are only needed for legalisation, and we arrange collection by courier.

Yes. Many clients live abroad and need Nigerian documents retrieved, translated or legalised. Our international offices also serve you where you live.

Payment details are included with your quote. We accept bank transfer in naira and international payment methods.

Yes. Documents are only seen by the staff and linguists working on your job and are deleted once it is complete unless you ask us to keep them.

Our certified translations follow the format requested by embassies, visa centres and universities. Some authorities also want the translation notarised or legalised; tell us where the document is going and we will prepare it to that standard.

One- or two-page documents such as birth certificates are usually ready in 24 to 48 hours. Longer files depend on volume. Urgent same-day service is available for many language pairs.

No. A clear scan or photo is enough for the translation. We only need originals if you also want us to handle notarisation or legalisation.

Not at present. Nigeria has not joined the Apostille Convention, so Nigerian documents are authenticated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and then legalised by the destination country's embassy. We handle that process for you under our embassy legalisation service.

Yes. Our UK office can have the degree verified and apostilled by the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office, then courier it to you in Nigeria.

No. An apostille confirms that a signature or seal is genuine; it does not translate the content. If the receiving country uses another language, you will usually need a certified translation too.

No. You send us the documents by courier or drop them with our team, and we handle the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the embassy on your behalf.

We legalise documents for any embassy or consulate represented in Nigeria, including the UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, China, Kuwait, Egypt, Lebanon and many others. Requirements differ by embassy, so we confirm them before we start.

Yes. We arrange on-site interpreters across Nigeria. Travel costs depend on the location and are included in your quote. Remote interpreting is available everywhere.

A few days is ideal, especially for rare languages or conferences. For urgent needs, phone and video interpreters can often be arranged the same day.
